125 High Street, a three-building development, is a multi-use business complex located within a block of the hub of Boston’s bustling Financial District.

125 High Street was designed by Jung Brannen Associates and completed in 1991. The complex is made up of three structures: the Oliver Street Tower, the High Street Tower and 131 Oliver Street. The 21-story Oliver Street Tower is comprised of 505,562 square feet, while the 30-story High Street Tower offers 927,157 square feet. The smaller, six-story structure of 131 Oliver Street is a beautiful renovation of a 19th century building, totaling 44,756 square feet of space. In all, the complex covers 2.5 acres connected via an 11-story glass atrium.

Each of the three interconnected buildings contains its own entrance and lobby area. 125 High Street also hosts one large parking garage consisting of five underground levels, which accommodates 849 cars.

125 High Street sits in a location adjacent to the site of Boston’s Central Artery Tunnel Project, also known as the Big Dig, which was considered to be the largest and most complex highway project in American history. The Big Dig moved the traffic flow of Interstate 93 underground, making room at ground level for approximately 25 acres of public gardens. The tenants of 125 High Street benefit from direct access to this garden space, as well as nearby highway ramps. In total, the property approximates a 1.5 million sq. ft. area, encompassing a full city block bounded by High, Oliver, Purchase and Pearl Streets.
