OMNITURM is an innovative new mixed-use development currently under development in the heart of Frankfurt’s central business district. Designed to rise over 600 feet, the tower will be the first genuine mixed-use tower in Germany, comprising office, residential and public space, and expected to deliver in late 2018.

Breaking ground in 2016, the 45-story OMNITURM is designed by noted global architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) to include over 475,000 lettable square feet of Class A office space, over 88,200 lettable square feet of contemporary residential space and over 18,000 square feet of publicly accessible areas. Once completed, the tower will offer flexible and efficient space with state-of-the-art design features that cater to the needs of modern and larger occupiers and demanding urban residential tenants. The development is targeting LEED Platinum certification upon completion.

OMNITURM aims toward developing a vibrant technology startup center, including creative office and co-working spaces, a cafeteria and event venue. The mix of traditional office high-rise tenants and younger startup users would bring significant activity to the tower, and will represent a shift in mixed-use destinations for Frankfurt. Other amenities will include inviting common spaces, bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging stations and food options, as well as direct access to a newly developed park and plaza adjoining the building.

Situated directly opposite Tishman Speyer’s iconic TaunusTurm development, the new tower is easily accessible by both private and public transportation. At the heart of the financial district, OMNITURM is surrounded by a wide range of retail, dining and cultural destinations, while offering striking urban and river views.
