In partnership with the San Francisco Giants, Tishman Speyer turned several acres of San Francisco's waterfront adjacent to Oracle Park into a dynamic, mixed-use community. Phase one is now complete, and at full completion the project will include: - 1.4 million square feet of office space - 200,000 square feet of retail - 1,200 homes, with a significant portion dedicated to affordable housing With unparalleled views of Oracle Park and the Bay Bridge, this inclusive community combines an imaginative array of retail and events, innovative workplaces, and social amenities including China Basin Park, with unparalleled views of Oracle Park and the Bay.
